Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 4 days of confirmation.

Local orders are delivered by different local delivery companies, the delivery rate and time are calculated at checkout.

International orders are shipped by Aramex or DHL.
Standard delivery is between 7 to 14 days.

Customs:

Customers are responsible for customs fees, which are determined by their country's customs policies, and they are advised to review and comply with the applicable regulations.
For specific products (for example: Gold olive beads), fees may apply depending on the destination country. The customer pays a maximum of $40; we cover any additional amount.
